The core conversion features are free and need no account. Signing up for a free account raises how many files you can convert at once. Paid plans raise those per-batch limits further — that is what you are paying for.

All plans: a single image can be at most 20,000 pixels on each side and 200 million pixels in total. The line-up and prices of the paid plans may change when they officially launch.
Billing and refunds
- Monthly recurring billing. You are charged every 30 days from your first payment. Prices are in Korean won and include VAT.
- Full refund within 7 days — if fewer than 7 days have passed and you have not run a single conversion since paying, you get the full amount back. (Converting even one file counts as using the plan.)
- Pro-rata refund after use — even if you have already converted files, we refund the days you have not used. (Example: 10 of 30 days used → 20 days refunded.)
- Cancel any time — cancel from your account page. Your benefits stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
You can request a refund yourself from your account page. The refund amount is calculated and shown for you, and the request is processed once you submit it. (Please request it before closing your account — closing it deletes the payment record.)
