Prices are charged in Korean won (KRW). Your card issuer converts to your own currency at their rate.
All plans: a single image can be at most 20,000 pixels on each side and 200 million pixels in total. The line-up and prices of the paid plans may change when they officially launch.
Billing and refunds
- Nothing is charged automatically — every paid product is a one-time payment. Personal, Pro and Business last 30 days (365 on yearly pricing), the pass lasts 24 hours, then they simply end. Prices are in KRW, VAT included.
- Full refund within 7 days — if fewer than 7 days have passed and you have not run a single conversion since paying, you get the full amount back.
- Plans: pro-rata refund after use — even if you have already converted files, we refund the days you have not used.
- Nothing to cancel — with no auto-renewal, forgetting costs you nothing. When the time is up you return to the free tier, and you can simply pay again to continue.
- 24-hour pass — a single payment that lasts 24 hours. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel, and you get a full refund within 7 days as long as you have not started converting. (Once you have, it is not refunded pro rata.)
You can request a refund yourself from your account page. The refund amount is calculated and shown for you, and the request is processed once you submit it. (Please request it before closing your account.)
