When reporting a bug
Including the details below helps us fix it much faster.
- • Your device and browser (e.g. iPhone 16, Safari)
- • Which format you were converting from, and to
- • The error message shown on screen
- • The file size and roughly what resolution it was
Because images are never sent to our servers, we cannot look at your file — so details about the file that caused the problem really matter. If the file is not sensitive, feel free to attach it to your email.
